In today’s insurance environment, coverage for physical therapy varies greatly.  Our professional office staff is happy to assist you with any questions regarding your insurance coverage, co-pays, deductibles and any other issues and concerns regarding your insurance coverage.

Atlas submits to all insurance companies, including auto, work and commercial insurance carriers, and we accept all major group insurance plans, including Medicare and most supplementary insurances.

Please note that several of the above health plans have many different names that fall under their “umbrella” of care.  If you do not see your plan listed above, please contact us .  We are happy to verify if we are providers under your plan.

If you are not sure whether we are in-network with your insurance company or not, please contact us (click here to contact our clinic). 

Insurance changes daily and we are happy to answer any questions regarding what physical therapy benefits you have and what is covered under your specific plan. If pre-certification is required, we must handle this prior to your first appointment.   

Due to all of the conditions with specific insurance plans, we ask that you have the following information handy when calling for your appointment:

• Referring doctor's name
• Your diagnosis
• Your insurance card

With that information, our office staff will be able to assist you with all of your questions regarding the financial obligation of your treatment.  We will do our best to verify your insurance information prior to the start of your physical therapy treatment.  Please be advised that with all of the help that we can offer to you, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to understand their insurance and its benefits.
